Job Description
Overview
Conduct trend analysis evaluating activity on the Army networks as a whole to identify systemic or potential issues and include metrics and recommendations to enable to development and deployment of response actions.
Responsibilities
For Threat and Data Analytics Branch, supports hunt and analysis, conducts exploratory and in-depth analysis of network traffic from security devices, conducts cyber threat analysis and hunting and performs technical analysis of computer network intrusion events and malicious activity. Serves as Key Personnel.
Qualifications
Education/ Experience
AA/AS + 7 yrs Or BS/BA + 5 yrs
Certifications
CSSP-Analyst (CEH, CFR, CCNA Cyber Ops, CCNA-Security, CySA+, GCIA, GCIH, GICSP, Cloud+, SCYBER, PenTest+)
IAT III (CASP+ CE, CCNP Security, CISA, CISSP (or Associate), GCED, GCIH, CCSP)
Computing Environment Certification
ITIL Foundations Certification
Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH)
GIAC Certified Intrusion Analyst (GCIA)
Requirement
TOP SECRET/SCI security clearance
Skills
Have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading.
