Job Summary:
Raytheon Missiles and Defense (RMD) has an exciting opportunity for a Subcontract Manager Procurement managing Inter-Organization Transfer (IOT) domestic partners. In this role, you will report into the RMD Operation and IOT Team. You will be responsible for the overall subcontract management of multiple complex products and subcontracts requiring ongoing oversight and administration of specifications and Statement of Work’s (SOW). You will be responsible for contract administration, relationship development, and escalation of issues through RMD and IOT Partner leadership teams. You will interface extensively with internal and external Stakeholders in managing current performance of existing contracts and new contracts. In this highly collaborative position, you will have the chance to overcome challenging issues with creative problem-solving skills. You will also work in a dynamic growth-oriented environment that supports a broad portfolio of programs across multiple Mission Areas.
This hybrid role will combine telecommuting with as needed on-site presence. Commutable proximity to one of the locations listed in the Additional Details section of this posting is required.

Responsibilities to Anticipate:
Perform subcontract management of high dollar purchase orders utilizing integrated supply chain models in compliance with all regulatory and corporate requirements
Managing multiple supplier sites within the RMD Operation and IOT Team portfolio
Preparation of all manner of solicitations including RFQs, RFPs, RFI, and IDIQ
Analyze quotations/proposals utilizing price/cost analysis techniques
Develop negotiation strategies and lead formal negotiations (Price, Delivery, Terms)
Negotiate terms and conditions
Support financial planning activities including forecasts, AOP and EAC
Support travel as needed (approximately 1-2 times quarterly)
Qualification You Must Have:
Bachelors’ degree and a minimum 8 years’ prior relevant experience in procurement or subcontracts, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in procurement or subcontracts
The ability to obtain and maintain a US security clearance. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
Qualifications We Value:
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field
Experience working together with cross-functional or Integrated Product Teams or experience with project or program management.
Experience working with FAR, DFAR contracts.
Experience with task statements and/or Statements of Work (SOW).
Experience executing with Return to Vendor and Depo orders
Experience working within SAP based procure to pay system

The salary range for this role is 103,000 USD – 215,000 USD; however, Raytheon Technologies considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, education/training, and key skills.
