Whole Life Engineering (WLE) is responsible for ensuring our products are Safe, Reliable, Maintainable and delivered on time.  WLE consists of multiple disciplines that support engineering, our program offices and our customers. 

Our WLE disciplines participate in the total life cycle of our products from conception to deactivation.  Our focus area is product support, including the following disciplines:  Repair and Return logistics/analytics.

As a Sr. Logistics Analyst you’ll be an integral part of the WLE team interfacing directly with team members and stakeholders including customers and program leaders.

In this role, you’re responsible working with Program Management in providing insight on all Repair and Return requirements including daily and weekly status of assets from performing Raytheon repair locations and vendors

Responsibilities to Anticipate:

Assist with budget and schedule analysis on all assets
Work with supporting functions from different disciplines to move assets through process
Help to coordinate activities with clear communication to Integrated Product Team and Program Management Office
Prepare metrics, status and logistics systems status needed for internal and external management reviews
Prepare data for weekly status for Patriot Repair and Return programs
Participate in internal reviews and monthly reporting

This position requires 30% domestic travel

This job is posted as Hybrid.  Commuting costs to and from the Andover, MA facility are the responsibility of the incumbent.

Qualifications You Must Have:
Typically Requires: 

Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of relevant experience OR an Associate’s degree and 4 years of relevant experience. In absence of a degree, 6 years of relevant experience is required. 
Experience with logistics support, Repair & Return processes, machine maintenance or manufacturing
Logistics experience
Clearance Information: This position requires the eligibility to obtain a security clearance. The Defense Industrial Security Clearance Office (DISCO), an agency of the Department of Defense, handles and adjudicates the security clearance process. Qualifications We Value:

Demonstrated ability to effectively work collaboratively in a team, inspiring confidence in others
Knowledge, understanding and application of logistics principles
Knowledge, understanding and application of PRISM, SAP and ARMs
Experience in program planning, budgeting, and tracking (EVMS) to cost and schedule
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with time-critical requirements
Elevated proficiency in Microsoft Excel, general proficiency with Microsoft Office products
Self-initiative, strong written and oral communication skills and collaborative, supportive team player
Demonstrated ability to influence through teaming and collaboration
Current US Secret clearance or ability to obtain Secret Clearance
