Job Summary:
Raytheon Missile & Defense (RMD) is seeking an experienced Program Management, Planning & Scheduling professional to join the RMD Planning & Scheduling Department. You will be assigned work on a program within the Naval Power Planning portfolio of programs and will be the focal point for matters pertaining to schedule in a particular program area portfolio. You will be accountable for adherence to RMD and government policies and best practices in the area of scheduling/EV.
Responsibilities to Anticipate:
Support development and maintenance of program Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) in MS Project, based on requirements and scope provided by the customer
Detail plan and maintain the IMS throughout the program’s lifecycle that incorporates contractual and programmatic changes into the IMS in order to maintain realistic, current contract schedule baselines
Ensure the IMS is compliant with government customer requirements throughout all program phases
Ensure the IMS is resource loaded for applicable scope with target budgets and demonstrates thorough cost and schedule integration
Lead and conduct detailed performance capture and analysis of the IMS and supporting documents to ensure quality, completeness and compliance.
Support EAC and LRE processes as they relate to the Program IMS
Lead the development and maintenance of the Program Master Phasing Schedule using Milestones Professional Software.
This position is full-time hybrid in Tucson, AZ
Qualifications You Must Have:
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or college preferably in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field of study.
Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in Program Management and/or Program Planning & Scheduling – An advanced degree in a related field may be substituted for additional years of experience as follows: Master’s is equal to 3 years of experience
Prior work experience using software designed for creating and maintaining industry related schedules. (MS Project, Primavera, Open Plan, or similar scheduling software)
Prior work experience developing Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) and/or evaluating critical path and/or workflow
Experience with Earned Value Management System (EVMS) or similar business process
You must currently possess an active and in-scope Secret US security clearance
Qualifications We Value:
Experience in Agile planning and execution
Experience leading planning effort on a program with external EV reporting and DFARS EV clause invoked
Experience with DCMA and JSA audit
Experience with integration of subcontractors and operations into program plans, schedules and financial tracking.
Proficiency with PMX tool suite or similar program management systems
