Job Summary:
Raytheon Missiles and Defense (RMD) has an exciting opportunity for an Materials Planning Lead that will balance circuit card execution through final integration operational success. This highly visible, critical role will support our growing circuit card business to ensure that program needs are understood, integrated and aligned to meet program commitments. This role interfaces with various final integration centers and numerous active programs. Results are achieved through leading and influencing senior level cross business team members and mid-level management and being accountable for the multiple facets associated with effectively running each program.
The Materials Planning Lead role requires the ability to interface with all levels of management up to and including the Vice President level. You will leverage strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work across functional teams, as well as through multiple businesses to drive resolution to production and delivery barriers.

Responsibilities to Anticipate:
Maintaining/Assessing the integrity of the MRP environment and your programs’ schedule within that environment
Balancing supply and demand to create/maintain executable schedules
Understanding of Material Requirements Planning (MRP) manufacturing environment with the ability to provide creative and systemic solutions
Strong analytical skills required to evaluate end-to-end planning and identify constraints, risks and opportunities
Advanced Supply Chain Planning tools (i.e. – Kinaxis RapidResponse)
A knowledge base that can be leveraged to affect change and provide creative, lasting systemic solutions to ensure MRP integrity in support of on time deliveries.
Qualifications You Must Have:
Typically require a university degree and 8 years of experience in Production/Manufacturing, Engineering or a related field or an associate degree with 10 years of experience or in the absence of the degree, 12 years of experience or an advanced degree and 5 years of experience.
The ability to obtain and maintain a US security clearance. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
Qualifications We Value:
Demonstrated leadership experience managing cross functional teams.
Experience with engineering design changes and impact to material and production planning
Circuit Card Assembly experience
Strong Presentation Skills
Proficient in risk and constraint mitigation, with the strong analytical skills required to evaluate end-to-end plan constraints and a knowledge base that can provide creative and systematic solutions to ensure MRP integrity.

The salary range for this role is 94,000 USD – 196,000 USD; however, Raytheon Technologies considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, education/training, and key skills.
