Job Summary:
This is a great opportunity to join the LTAMDS / GhostEye finance team. This role is to be a Business Manager for the LTAMDS UMR Program (Lower Tier Air and Missile Defense Sensor, Urgent Material Release). LTAMDS UMR is a highly strategic program with significant domestic and international market potential, providing excellent growth opportunities within the portfolio / has high visibility.
The individual will support the LTAMDS Finance Director through UMR program execution including monthly EVMS, quarterly EACs, and managing supporting UMR analysts etc. This program is an IRAD OTA, and as such does not have external EVMS requirements. LTAMDS UMR is a concurrent development and production Watch program, so prior experience with EVMS is required. This program also has exposure to all colors of money including IRAD, Capital, NBI, etc. In addition, this position will interface with all levels of management as well as work in a matrix environment (Director, PMs, SCM, Ops, Engineering, Finance, etc). Candidate should look at ways to improve current processes/cadences or set new ones, be a strategic partner to the program leadership team, influence at all levels of the organization, and manage staffing. The primary focus for this role will be quarterly EACs and trend analysis to EAC positions.

This position is being offered in a fully remote capacity based on the needs of the business. This Team/Program resides predominantly in the U.S. Eastern Time Zone; the preferred candidate should be able to support this need.
Responsibilities To Anticipate:
Lead quarterly EAC process / present to LTAMDS PAD
Analyze and report on trend analysis
Yearly CSDR reports to customer
Monthly BCR’s/Stop light requirements
Support staffing analysis
Interface with CAM’s to execute program requirements
Support ad hoc requests to RMD leadership
Assist in supporting supplementary colors of money in the LTAMDS portfolio (investment, capital, etc)
Manage/Develop UMR analysts supporting the program
Qualifications You Must Have:
Bachelor’s degree in a Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field
Typically requires 8 years of Finance focused or related experience, OR an Advanced degree in a related field and a minimum of 5 years’ experience
Experience in applying Earned Value Management System (EVMS)
Experience in preparing and reviewing Estimates at Completion (EACs)
Experience with SAP
Qualifications We Value:
Financial experience in the aerospace/defense industry
Experience in supporting Initial Baseline Reviews (IBRs)
Experience in supporting Joint Surveillance Audits (JSAs)
Experience in developing monthly financial Contract Data Requirements List (CDRLs)
Experience in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A)
In depth understanding of color of money policy, accounting principles
Excellent written and verbal communication with good presentation skills
Proficient use of Microsoft tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Experience with PMX and C cert
Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork
Demonstrated ability to be proactive, creative, and innovative and use critical and strategic thinking
Sound analytical, problem identification, and problem-solving skills
Broad understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and the Cost Accounting Standards (CAS)
Experience in development / strategic program new business capture

The salary range for this role is 94,000 USD – 196,000 USD; however, Raytheon Technologies considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, education/training, and key skills.
