About Us:

At Raytheon Missiles & Defense, by combining our vast resources and investments, we are able to dedicate ourselves to solving mission-level vs. product-level customer challenges – together we can anticipate more, move faster and make a bigger impact on the big picture.

What does Systems Integration & Test (SI&T) do?

SI&T integrates, verifies, and validates our products.

We put our systems together, exercise them in the lab or in the field, measure and analyze performance, and make sure our products work the first time and every time. To accomplish this, we develop plans and procedures, debug and evaluate system functions and interfaces, develop test environments, and work hand-in-hand with our customers.

Who is SI&T?

We’re a diverse group of engineers that are dedicated to ensuring our products protect the warfighter.

Job Summary:

The Weapons and Platforms Center within SI&T seeks talented Electrical Engineers to join our Hardware in the Loop (HWIL) Departments. In this role, you’ll be challenged to design, build, and integrate state-of-the-art test environments as part of our multi-disciplined team. You’ll work with weapon system designers to understand requirements, design solutions, integrate, and deploy the systems to help support tactical software development, testing, and delivery for missiles to the warfighter.

Please note that due to the nature of our work, these roles require on-site presence up to 100%
