Raytheon Technologies is seeking a Target Analyst (Targeter) to work side-by-side with client staff to support analytic requirements in a dynamic setting in Northern VA. Successful candidates will work in team environment and will be capable of operating independently with minimal supervision. Candidates will be required to have prior experience with analyzing all sort of data, familiarity with the Intelligence Community and its objectives.
Responsibilities:
Read and understand intel reports
Lead operational cases
Draft official communications
Produce and present briefings to senior management
Identify operational targets of interest
Work with technical staff to review and select potential pathways to success
Skills, Experience and Qualifications:
Minimum of 8 years of experience as analyst evaluating information for targeting and reporting purposes. Must include 5-7 years of IC experience
Excellent communication skills, verbal/written/presentation
Familiarity with global region dynamics
Cross-organizational cooperation
Demonstrated strong analytic, writing and briefing skills when presenting results of research
Desired Skills:
Basic knowledge of telecommunications, including cellular and computer networks.
Foreign language
Technical literacy
Education:
Bachelor’s degree with Eight (8) years of experience working in a relevant field. 11-13 years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree
