Raytheon is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to be a part of a dynamic team.
1. Seven or more years of demonstrated on-the-job experience in two (2) or more of the following areas: Network; host; data or application security in multiple operating system environments.
2. Demonstrated on-the-job experience working with IP networking, networking protocols and understanding of security related technologies including encryption, IPsec, PKI, VPNs, firewalls, proxy services, DNS, electronic mail and access lists.
3. Demonstrated on-the-job experience working with Internet, web, application, and network security techniques.
4. Demonstrated on-the-job experience developing documentation to meet security requirements and guidance.
Requires expert or mastery level knowledge of work area, typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience.
May have deep knowledge of project management. Advanced knowledge of related disciplines within work area and
ability to identify links and potential impact on projects, programs
or systems.
Typically requires:
A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years
prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years experience Engineering/Other Technical Positions: Typically requires a degree
in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 10 years of prior relevant experience unless prohibited
by local laws/regulations.
