This is a multi-discipline Industrial Security position supporting an assigned program or program group within Raytheon Intelligence & Space. Supports security business needs of assigned program(s) in accordance with applicable USG regulations, contractual, customer and company requirements. This individual is responsible to execute day-to-day security activities as the embedded security professional; administers and maintains a comprehensive security program in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment. Required to collaborate frequently with all levels of program leadership, business partners and stakeholders. Maintains positive communication channels and relationships with Government customer personnel.
The responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Acts as Senior Security Analyst for all aspects of program security to include contracts, proposals, security policy reviews, supporting high-visibility programs.
Creates, maintains and leverages working relationships with internal and external customers, peers, and senior management to accomplish security objectives.
Utilizes excellent writing, organizational, communication, problem-solving skills.
Remains current on NISPOM, program Security Classification Guides (SCGs), Program Protection Plans (PPPs), Contract Security Classification Specifications (DD254s), contract Statement of Work (SOW) and related security guidance in support of assigned program(s).
Program security status – weekly and monthly
Security review status (internal and external)
Initial, refresher, and programmatic security briefings
Security Debriefings
Synthesis and communicate security guidance to internal audiences
Interpret security requirements across all NISP security domains
Conduct security self-inspections, and prepare for DCSA inspections/annual reviews
Conduct safe inspections and annual classified material inventories
Document findings and formulate corrective actions
Conduct investigations and submit reports
Daily security transactions include handling, receiving, controlling, storing, inventorying, transferring, tracking and disposition of material and equipment in accordance with government directives and company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
U.S. Citizenship is required
A minimum level of a SECRET clearance issued by the federal government
Experience implementing NISPOM 32 CFR Part 117, Director of Central Intelligence Directives (DCID), Intelligence Community Directives (ICD) to industrial security programs
Experience using MS office suite
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
Provides security deliverables with minimal supervision
Eagerness to adapt to and excel in a diverse environment
Use tact, discretion, and diplomacy in dealing with all levels of employees and customers
Ability to align, plan, schedule and execute activities to accomplish objectives
Refined teaming skills and understanding of team concepts
Established and productive professional contributor.

Desired Skills:
Current Top Secret w/SCI clearance
Experience working in a Sensitive Compartment Information (SCI) environment
Experience with DCSA systems such as DISS and NISS
Experience with DCSA continuous monitoring activities
COMSEC experience
Requires theoretical knowledge typically obtained through University Degree. Limited to some knowledge of RTX organization.
Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and less than 2 years prior relevant experience.
Desired Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Security Management, Risk Management, Information Security, Criminal Justice, or related field of study Center for Development of Security Excellence (CDSE) courses
Engineering/Other Technical Positions:
Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience unless prohibited by local laws/regulations.

The salary range for this role is $68,000 to $136,000; however, Raytheon Technologies considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
