Manufacturing and Depot Operations (MDO) provides repair and manufacturing support to Raytheon Intelligence and Space systems on various radar programs.
MDO is seeking an individual to manage and coordinate the daily operational aspects of ongoing repairs and production as a liaison between operations management and line operations, engineering, quality, supply chain and property.
The selected individual will work with minimal supervision to plan, prepare, issue and control repair / production schedules / requirements.
Responds to customer inquiries relating to the STS Program.
Prepares for and supports customer and government audits.
Evaluates and coordinates program requirements to ensure a controlled flow of materials and services to meet customer / program requirements.
Statuses work in progress, material availability and potential repair / production problems to ensure that personnel, equipment, materials and services are provided as needed.
Schedules equipment and personnel, confirms material supply and demands, prepares request for materials for the purchase of components or parts based on production or repair requirements.
The role is a lead position working closely with MDO leadership and program leadership. Will manage in house repairs and some vendor repairs for STS program. Schedules and expedites the movement of parts by means of move orders, stock transfers and requests for shipping orders. Position will potentially require working multiple programs.
Requirements:
2 years related experience in depot and or manufacturing environments
Excellent organizational skills, plus oral and written communication skills
Proven ability to work under minimum supervision
Proven leadership ability
Ability to multi-task and prioritize work
Able to adapt to various cultures and work multi-cultural environments
Team player to work effectively with multi-disciplined teams
Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel
Must be a US Citizen with current/active Secret Clearance or ability to obtain within one year of employment
Desired Skills:
Knowledge in systems application SAP/Prism and MMIS/Eagle
Understanding of Raytheon business practices
Knowledge of customer and government property

The salary range for this role is _____$68,000______ to ___$136,000_____; however, Raytheon Technologies considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, education/training, and key skills. 2 Hired applicants may be eligible for benefits, including but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, shortterm disability, long-term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, Employee Scholar Program, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays. Requires theoretical to advanced knowledge of work area typically obtained through University Degree combined with experience. Practical knowledge of RTX projects, programs
