This position is for a software engineer to develop software for military systems, using C/C++ on a Linux-based system. The position involves the optimized implementation of parallel radar signal processing software. Effort requires the development of new software functionality/capabilities as well as improvements to existing functionality.

Additional assignment duties include:

Designing, implementing and integrating software

Designing, implementing and executing analysis tools to assess algorithm performance and resource utilization

Effectively communicating technical knowledge and collaboration with other disciplines and teams

You’re highly skilled in:

Experience programming in multiple modern programming languages, including C/C++

Good written and verbal communication skills

Ability to obtain a Customer Program clearance

Typically requires degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) or equivalent experience and minimum 1+ years prior relevant experience.

You’re a great match with:

Experience with NVIDIA Cuda GPU programming language

Prior Signal Processing software development experience

Real-time embedded software development and integration experience

Prior experience developing algorithmic, system control, or low level infrastructure SW

Experience programming in Python and/ or Java

Experience in execution of tasks with little direction

Experience with software management using Agile development process

Proven experience working with technically skilled teammates and customers.

Experience with large complex systems such as airborne radars.

Current U.S. DOD Top Secret Security Clearance.

Required Education:

Minimum Bachelor’s of Science degree (B.S.) in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field
