Raytheon Intelligence & Space (RIS) is seeking a mid-level Program Planner/Scheduler Principal Specialist to join the Tactical Execution Services (TES) department in Aurora Colorado. This position will be responsible for assisting the program planning lead with schedule development and management, performing schedule analysis, and other schedule related activities, including assisting with ensuring compliance with Raytheon, customer, and governmental standards and requirements. 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Creating and maintaining an Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) that is compliant with governmental and corporate requirements and which demonstrates the necessary cost and schedule integration.

Assist in planning and cost estimating tasks, perform analyses, and prepare reports to ensure that programs meet or exceed schedule commitments. 

Participate in the preparation of schedules for all contract work and perform and/or assist in critical path analysis, schedule risk analysis and other forms of schedule related analysis.

Incorporate contractual and programmatic changes into the IMS to maintain realistic current contract schedule baselines.

Requirements: 

Typically candidates have a bachelors degree and 5+ years of relevant experience or an advanced degree and 3+ years of applicable experience.

Security Clearance – An active and in-scope US TS/SCI security clearance

Professional Planning/Scheduling experience (preferably MS Project)

Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of Earned Value Management (EVM)

Ability to assist Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) in planning, scheduling and cost estimating tasks

Demonstrated ability to balance technical/cost/schedule constraints to achieve customer satisfaction

Demonstrated experience using MS Office suite products (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

Strong communication skills with the ability to interface and influence at all levels of an organization

The ability to thrive in a deadline-oriented environment

Desired Skills: 

Knowledge of the Integrated Master Plan (IMP), and how it relates to the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS)

Demonstrated experience with Risk and Opportunity Management

The salary range for this role is 75,000 USD – 161,000 USD; however, Raytheon Technologies considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, education/training, and key skills.
