Raytheon Intelligence and Services (RIS) is looking for a Principal Program Control Analyst to join our Mission Area Team in Aurora, Colorado. RIS is a leading provider of comprehensive, creative training, training support, engineering and systems integration solutions to military, homeland security, law enforcement and civil affairs markets worldwide. This position will provide “cradle to grave” financial leadership and will be responsible for providing comprehensive, proactive, and innovative solution focused financial business partnering with the integrated program team. Responsibilities will include program financial analysis, cost/schedule baseline measurement and analysis, funding planning, Estimates at Completion (EAC’s), Pricing follow-on efforts and new work, billing reconciliation, contract close out, and ad hoc requirements as necessary.
Required Skills:
Typically requires Bachelor degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting or related field and a minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or An Advanced degree in a related field and minimum 3 years’ experience and minimum of 5 years of Program Control/Finance Analyst experience in a Defense Department contractor environment
Ability to work self-guided, proactively, and as a team member with minimal supervision
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Excellent spreadsheet skills a must
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to interface effectively with all levels of customers and organization
Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Ability to guide financial responsibilities in an exciting, changing environment, and deliver on commitments
Previous experience developing financial forecasts, strategic plans, and variance analysis for assigned programs
Ability to effectively navigate the challenges and requirements in a multi-dimensional, matrix organization
Ability to obtain Special Assess Program (SAP) clearance
Desired Skills:
Previous experience using APEX (SAP)
TS/SCI
Working knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR, Cost Accounting Standards (CAS), and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP))
Required Education:
Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years’ experience.
Requires advanced knowledge of work area typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience. May have practical knowledge of project management. Practical to substantial knowledge of RTX projects, programs or systems with the ability to make enhancements and leverage in daily work.
In compliance with Colorado’s Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the salary range for this role is $75,000.00 to $161,000.00; however, Raytheon Technologies considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, education/training, and key skills.
