Job Description:

The Test Automation and Factory Engineering team has an immediate professional opening for a Test Systems Integrated Product Team Lead (IPTL) with experience executing and transitioning test equipment projects (Test Hardware and software).  Across development and production environments. The individual is responsible for providing support to program team technical direction, design, and implementation; staffing to program plans; defining and status reporting of scheduled tasks; cost reporting using Earned Value Management (EVM); and coordinating with other discipline leads to ensure program success. The ideal candidate will be Able to in the perform at a high operational tempo and demonstrate an ability to react quickly to change in both plan and/or priorities.

Required Clearance: Ability to obtain, a Top-Secret Clearance after day 1 of employment. U.S. Citizenship is required. Only US Citizens can acquire clearance.

Required Experience and Education:

Bachelor’s of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering
10+ years of relevant work experience
Experience providing technical direction to the Engineering team for all aspects of the system design and implementation activities
Cost/schedule development and reporting experience
EVMS certification and experience as a CAM
Experience with development and review of detailed design artifacts
Capability to effectively represent program in customer meetings and reviews
Ability to develop new test strategies as programs transition from the verification level test phase in development to the acceptance testing needed for production at the factory location.
Experience in the development and implementation of test facility transformation from development testing to full rate production
Ability to obtain and maintain a US Government TS/SCI security clearance and US Citizenship
Cost Account Manager (CAM) experience

Desired Experience and Education:

Master’s degree in science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or related STEM Degree
8+ years of relevant work experience
Extensive Defense Space Systems experience
Technical and/or project management experience
Extensive Defense Space Systems experience
Experience navigating Raytheon business development gating process
Current Top Secret or SSBI Security Clearance highly preferred

 

Location: El Segundo, CA

The salary range for this role is $164,900.00 to $223,000.00 however, Raytheon Technologies considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, education/training, and key skills.
