Raytheon Technologies is looking for an Infrastructure Engineer with strong Jira and Confluence experience. This project has completed Agile transformation efforts and is now operating in the SAFe framework. All teams supporting the project are actively using tools like JIRA and Confluence for daily execution. The Jira Administrator role will engage directly with the Engineering Operations (EngOps) and Agile Release Train (ART) teams to assist with maintaining the JIRA data model hygiene, supporting Program Increment planning, and enabling program initiatives as a member of the Lean Agile Center of Excellence (LACE). Add/remove users to/from Lateralus Project Admin group
Assist with system admin bulk updates
The ideal candidate will have strong communication and organization skills for this role. Experience interfacing with leadership and cross-functional teams are also preferred. This is a high visibility role that interfaces with all individuals on the program to enable successful execution.
Clearance requirement: US Citizenship and a Current active TS/SCI Clearance is required
Required Skills:
Experience with JIRA, Confluence.
Experience with Agile development processes.
Desired skills:
Programming/Scripting Languages (VBA, Groovy, Python)
Experience with Microsoft Power Query or Power BI
Agile Certificates (SAFe)
Strong communication and organizational skills are preferred

Education Requirements:
Typically requires a BA/BS Degree in Science Technology Engineering or Math (STEM) with focus in the following areas: Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Math, Physics, or Information Technology and 5 years of experience is preferred.
