We have an exciting opportunity to join the BBN Technologies Finance team in support of the BBN’s Analytics & Machine Intelligence (AMI) Business Unit is seeking a Financial Analyst to support an array of innovative programs that apply deep knowledge of machine learning approaches and other artificial intelligence technologies, learned and refined in human language technologies, to myriad of customer problems, both Government and commercial. The BBN Finance team is a diverse group of individuals with an extensive mix of skills and experiences collaborating across the organization to guide optimal business decisions and achieve predictable results. The selected candidate will be accountable for providing financial leadership to the execution and continued growth of AMI.
What will you do?
Coordinate the execution of the monthly sales forecast process, support development of annual operating plans and the five-year strategic plan
Apply your financial and analytical skills in an energetic and dynamic environment
Have the opportunity to be a strategic business advisor who will work with business leaders and many functions within the organization to execute and assess performance against their business strategy
Support startup and follow through of various Cost-type, Fixed Price, and T&M contracts utilizing Raytheon financial systems, working with multiple program managers across multiple programs and locations.
Provide effective communication of key financial metrics through the development of annual estimate at complete (EAC), program management reviews, and other project financial deliverables to both internal and external customers.
Support estimating and pricing activities within AMI, and support programs with all proposal development and capture activities from analysis of RFPs through proposal submittal.
Monitor spending against authorized budgets for new business development activities.
Provide timely & accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting and forecasting to AMI & BBN Leadership
The ability to obtain and maintain a US security clearance. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
