We have an exciting opportunity within the SEAKR Engineering Finance team for an Associate Director of Finance to lead our program portfolio. This role will lead our strategic business areas and the portfolio includes multiple contract types, for both Development and Production efforts, which will provide the successful candidate an opportunity to excel in a variety of environments.  Responsibilities include the coordination and oversight of the Program’s Five Year and Annual Operating Plans, Estimates at Completions (EACs), monthly financial forecasts, and regular financial status reviews with Product Line leadership. A key requirement for this position is the ability to provide strategic financial leadership for the program including areas such as affordability, cost management, and program growth. A successful leader will be the financial execution business partner supporting the functional leads (engineering, supply chain, quality, operations) and the Program Offices in cost analysis trends, and Inventory Investment strategies. They must leverage proactive leadership to meet aggressive deadlines as well as multitask across a variety of programs and work with all levels of the organization.  

This role will be responsible for leading a team of talented finance managers and analysts, coaching and mentoring members of the team at all levels, and ensuring proper staffing levels and the right skill mix needed to meet internal and external customer requirements.

Responsibilities to Anticipate:

Gather and analyze operational, financial, and program performance metrics for Material, Subcontracts, and Labor for Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering Support to Production, and Integrated Product Teams. 
Lead and develop a team of finance professionals. 
Be an integral program team member working closely with PL Directors, to ensure accurate measurement, control, and understanding of reported costs and schedules. 
Prepare data for, analyze, and help facilitate the quarterly EAC review process with the PMO. 
AOP forecasting, proposals and ROM pricing exercises, and workforce planning and analysis as needed. 
Prepare organizational level assessments of product performance to review strategic direction and cost profile. 

Required Skills:

Minimum 12 years of prior relevant industry work experience or an advanced degree and 10 years of prior relevant industry work experience.
Management/Leadership experience on high visibility projects and programs
Experience with government contracting and FAR requirements
Experience with Estimates at Completion (EAC’s) or similar systems and tools 
Experience with Program costs, schedules and/or proposals 
Experience with SAP, Business Warehouse, PMX, EDIT+ or similar systems 
Experience with Earned Value Management principles and processes 

Desired Skills:

Masters’ Degree in Finance, Business, Economics or related 
Excellent oral and written communication skills to include executive level interaction
Demonstrated ability to be proactive, creative, and imaginative, and use critical and strategic thinking
Sound analytical, problem identification, and problem-solving skills
Demonstrated ability to influence others and achieve results
Demonstrated ability to work and successfully lead in a cross functional team environment

Risk and Opportunity analysis evaluation and reporting
Demonstrates ability to develop organization and top talent
Strong initiative and ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
Experience with Microsoft Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) 
Familiarity with Raytheon Financial and Operations and Supply Chain Policies and Procedures
Strong ability to coordinate and build rapport with cross functional disciplines
Ability to convey critical financial analyses to all levels of the organization through effective PowerPoint deck development and messaging

Required Education:

Typically requires 12 years of prior relevant industry work experience; OR an Advanced degree and 10 years of prior relevant industry work experience.

In compliance with Colorado’s Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the salary range for this role is $139,000.00 to $277,000.00; however, Raytheon Technologies considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, education/training, and key skills.
