Raytheon Technologies is seeking an expert Target Analyst (Targeter) to work side-by-side with client staff to support analytic requirements in a dynamic setting in Northern VA. Successful candidates will work in team environment and will be capable of operating independently with minimal supervision. Candidates will be required to have prior experience with analyzing all sort of data, familiarity with the Intelligence Community and its objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Read and understand intel reports
Lead operational cases
Draft official communications
Produce and present briefings to senior management
Identify operational targets of interest
Collaborate with other teams and intelligence professionals in support of operations against priority targets
Work with technical staff to review and select potential pathways to success
Skills, Experience and Qualifications:
Minimum of 10 years of experience as analyst evaluating information for targeting and reporting purposes. Must include 10 years of IC experience
Excellent communication skills, verbal/written/presentation
Advanced knowledge with global region dynamics
Foreign language, must possess at least sponsor level 3 language proficiency in the target language
Cross-organizational cooperation
Demonstrated ability to research, analyze, and fuse complex data sets and generate leads to advance dynamic objectives collection and analysis
Demonstrated strong analytic, writing, and briefing skills when presenting results of research
Desired Skills:
Basic knowledge of telecommunications, including cellular and computer networks.
Technical literacy
Education:
Bachelor’s degree with Ten (10) years of experience working in a relevant field or Seventeen (17) years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
