Job Description:
Raytheon Intelligence & Space (RI&S) is looking for one (1) Field Service Representatives (FSR) to join the Sentinel National Advanced Surface to Air Missile System (NASAMS) team based out of Jasionka, Poland. The team currently consists of 2 NASAMS FSRs and one Sentinel Operator. This position is to add a Sentinel Maintainer or someone with experience performing Sentinel maintenance and troubleshooting to the team. The team primarily provides on-demand tele-support to the customer but also coordinates with customers in Poland for shipment / tracking of parts moving through Poland. The Sentinel NASAMS FSR is responsible for:
Supporting / overseeing Sentinel Radar and NASAMS System operation and maintenance activities.
Overseeing all the installation, test, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair activities for Sentinel NASAMS Systems at their assigned location(s).
Providing technical expertise on Sentinel and NASAMS and must be able to answer technical questions regarding the operation and maintenance of the system and provide guidance to the customer(s), as necessary, to complete intermediate and depot level maintenance, fault isolation, alignment, calibration and repair verification that is beyond the customer’s authorized capability.
If required, the FSR will support depot level repair tasks in Poland.
Other responsibilities include movement and accountability of materials, equipment, tools, work site set up, and record keeping within prescribed policies and procedures.
The Sentinel NASAMS suite includes the Sentinel radar, Fire Distribution Center (FDC), FDC Transport Vehicle (with Hooklift), Cannister Launcher (CL), CL Transport Vehicle (with Hooklift), CL Power System with Vehicle (with Comms equipment), Missile Reload Vehicle (MRV) with Crane. The ideal candidate will have broad experience, a track record of reliability, adaptability & ingenuity, and a desire for a rewarding and challenging assignment.
This position is contingent on the candidate’s ability to meet all deployment needs at all times to include passing a physical (if required) for the region as well as required immigration paperwork. This assignment is unaccompanied.
Fullerton, CA WILL NOT be the permanent home location, only the initial on-boarding will take place in Fullerton. FSR operations will be based out of Jasionka, Poland with no travel into Ukraine as part of this support.
Required Skills:
US Military technical training and certification as a 94M Sentinel Maintainer or experience with maintenance and troubleshooting Sentinel radars.
Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance.
Accomplished interpersonal skills and consummate team player.
Participation in a rotational “on call” schedule and ability to respond to emergencies whenever needed.
Independent self-starter with ability to work reliably without supervision.
Must have the ability to lift and carry a minimum of 50 pounds and perform work outdoors in all weather conditions.
Willing to complete a minimum twelve (12) month MOU in Poland from the date of arrival in theater.
Desired Skills:
Active Secret Clearance.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Prior experience with military weapons, radar, communication, or fire control systems. Specifically: NASAMS, SLARAAM/AMRAAM, HAWK, PATRIOT, ADA Fire Control Systems or SHORAAD, Sentinel or Firefinder Radar Systems.
Military experience is highly desirable, graduate of US Military technical school.
Leadership experience and working with a team to advise and assist in effecting preventative maintenance programs and equipment record keeping.
Past experience in a combat environment is a plus.
Required Education:
A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or a Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience. May substitute experience for education.
Requires advanced knowledge of work area typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience. May have practical knowledge of project
management. Practical to substantial knowledge of RTX projects, programs or systems with the ability to make enhancements and leverage in daily work.
Typically requires:
A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience
Engineering/Other Technical Positions:
Typically requires a degree in Science,Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience unless prohibited by local laws/regulations.
This position is ERIP eligible.

The salary range for this role is 75,000 USD – 161,000 USD; however, Raytheon Technologies considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, education/training, and key skills.
