Responsibilities:
To maintain and repair plant machinery and facilities equipment
Able to isolate faults, troubleshoot electrical or mechanical problems
Perform corrective/ preventive maintenance on facility equipment and production machinery
Liaise with vendors/contractors for machine spares and maintain adequate critical spare parts
Respond to call back for machine recovery at all time if needed
Identify, involve and improve equipment performance
Make modification and improvement on machines performance
Able to interpret technical drawings
Update daily work report in CMMS system
Support and participate in Employee Health & Safety, Quality & ACE activities
Support and participate in continuous improvement projects
Carry out any other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Higher NITEC/ NITEC/ Diploma in Electronics/ Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
Min 2 years of working experience, preferably in equipment maintenance
Knowledge and experience in TPM, PLC and automation with an Electrical license will be advantageous
A good team player who possesses high initiative and energy
Ability to perform 3 rotating shifts
Candidates with no prior experience will be considered as well
