The F135 Netherlands & Oklahoma City Unserviceable Hardware Manager will provide full-time sustainment services to F135 Propulsion System Performance Based Logistics (PBL) Sustainment Program. Focusing on remote support of the Netherlands repair and warehouse site. The Unserviceable Manager will be a key player on a growing team that continuously refines and delivers improved material management and logistics support capabilities through the practical application of the Customer Oriented Results and Excellence (CORE) operating system fundamentals. Candidates who continually aspire to deliver world-class customer support services will thrive in this position. This is a multi-service, multi-national fighter engine program, with very good growth potential. The successful applicant must be able to demonstrate work experience that details examples of self-starting ability, initiative, and capacity to drive complex issues to closure

 Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the management of serviceable, unserviceable hardware deemed awaiting repair, holding for future repair, expendable or determined to be eligible for scrap
Daily oversight of site specific serviceable, unserviceable repairable and scrap components. This will include daily/weekly/monthly data analysis of components
Working with the Global Logistics Support team, Netherlands based team, internal part reviewers and the Joint Program Office to develop disposition schedules
Aid the Oklahoma F135 Component Repair Manager by assisting with hardware repair management of hardware located within the Oklahoma City Central Inventory Warehouse
Inspecting components for serviceability, part/serial number verification, and preparing material transfer to vendors

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and a minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years’ experience
U.S Citizenship required due to government contracts

Preferred Qualifications:

Efficient and knowledgeable of SAP and other procurement tools.
Excellent analytical, project management, and decision-making skills.
Advanced proficiency and experience with MS Excel (V-lookups, Pivot tables, etc.,) and MS PowerPoint.
Working Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills-cross functionally and up to the executive level.
