Job Description
Manage all aspects of the Development Operations Assembly floor in WPB Fla. The person must be a self starter. The position requires full time on-site attendance, management of salary and hourly personal with the ability to collaborate across multiple engineering organizations. Must be comfortable in a group environment and with leading people.
The position requires good writing skills, solid presentation skills, teaming ability and the capability to multi-task. Other responsibilities will include: managing budgets, identification of development engine assignment locations, root cause & corrective action involvement, FOD prevention adherence and safety compliance monitoring.
The candidate must be familiar with the basic Microsoft Office applications with the ability to effectively transfer thoughts and plans to paper for communication of strategies and execution.
The individual will support our RTC core operating values and is expected to be innovative and motivated to promote incremental improvement initiatives that ensure year over year efficiency goals are met.
Basic Qualifications:
A bachelors degree and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years relevant experience
Must be a US citizen due to government contracts
Must be able to obtain and maintain a US government security clearance
Preferred Qualifications:
Current security clearance
Advanced Degree
Ability to effectively communicate in a dynamic environment through multiple mediums
Experience with budget and payroll, dealing with bargaining unit employees will be required
Ability to work independently without supervision
Travel: 10%
