Hybrid: Employees who are working in Hybrid roles will work regularly both onsite and offsite. This means that responsibilities of the job need to be performed onsite on a regular basis.

The F135 Continental US (CONUS) Depot Maintenance Management Business Manager/Level 5 Control Account Manager (CAM) will provide management of Earned Value Management System (EVMS) and Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) requirements for their associated areas of responsibility and assigned level 5 control accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage assigned level 5 control accounts in accordance with the Pratt & Whitney EVMS monthly business rhythm
Develop Basis of Estimates (BOEs) for the F135 Global Depot Maintenance Management Team
Integrate task baselines into the IMS
Manage Budget Change Requests (BCR)
Calculate and report Estimates to Completion (ETCs) and Estimates at Completion (EAC)
Identify and report risks and opportunities to the technical, schedule, and cost aspects of your assigned accounts
Conduct IMS analysis (horizontal & vertical)
Update IMS status
Manage Interdivisional Work Agreements (IDWA) and Purchase Order (PO) for intercompany vendors and third-party vendors
Support regular program reviews such as EAC reviews, Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBRs), and IMS reviews
Participate in the F135 Sustainment Requirements Working Group to develop and refine contract requirements
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree is required; Business or Finance degrees are strongly preferred
A minimum of 5+ years of Business or Finance experience required
US Citizenship is required due to government contracts.
Preferred Qualifications:
Project Management is preferred.
Proficiency in EVMS reporting and tracking is highly desired.
