Responsibilities
Peraton is seeking an Intelligence Analyst/Operations Officer for our client’s operational requirements on a mission focused program within a challenging, dynamic setting located in the Virginia area. Successful candidate will perform all source analysis using a variety of tool to support customer mission. Identify information to address intelligence gaps. Provide timely, concise, and accurate feedback to the customer. Be prepared to present data and findings on an as needed basis. Draft, coordinate, and disseminate data and findings to various key customers and stakeholders. Assist in the preparation of responses to tasking/requirements and provide briefings on assigned accounts. And must possess ability to perform liaison activities. Also seeking dynamic candidates who possess personal integrity; exhibit initiative, creativity, and flexibility; apply interpersonal, communications, and problem-solving skills; and demonstrate ability to collaborate, build a network of IC relationships, and continually learn. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree and 9-14 years of relevant IC experienceBachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a relevant fieldA Master’s degree from an accredited institution or six years of professional experience in a relevant field may be substituted for a Bachelor’s degree not in a relevant fieldUnderstand the full life cycle of IntelligenceDemonstrated outstanding communications skills both written and verbalMust be a team player; have the ability to work in an open collaborative environmentStrong interpersonal skills Ability to multi-task to manage time and priorities in a collaborative mannerAbility to deal effectively, comfortably, and confidently with people at all levels of responsibility, authority, and rankAbility to shift focus quickly, work on multiple tasks concurrently, and excel in high-pressure/high-impact situationsExperience conducting intelligence analysis and reportingUnderstanding of the Intelligence Community, their partners, and supporting/driving intelligence operational activitiesExperience and understanding of research and analysis methodologies in support of the intelligence lifecycleExtensive use of tools specific to the end customerPossess the Ts/SCI w/Poly clearance levelGeneral education Requirements (please also review position specific education requirements) BS 10-12, MS 8-10, Phd 5-7

Target Salary Range
$146,000 – $234,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
