Responsibilities

We are currently seeking an experienced Cyber Intelligence Analyst to support the U.S. Forces Korea (USFK) Joint Cyber Center (JCC). The JCC provides a leading-edge cyberspace operations capability in support of United States and Republic of Korea (ROK) combined operations within the Korean Theater of Operations (KTO) during armistice, contingencies and war.  Welcome to United States Forces Korea. For Service Members and their families, we have a community atmosphere with many activities for single Service Members, Civilians, and Children of all ages.   The Cyber Intelligence Analyst will: Conduct all-source intelligence planning and analysis with appropriate stakeholders to support offensive cyber operations, defensive cyber operations, and DODIN operations. Develop and deliver cyberspace assessments and threat profiles based on current events, threats, and technologies.  Work with USFK and IC on all-source production and analysis in support of USCYBERCOM – USFK intelligence collaboration. Support synchronization of USCYBERCOM – USFK intelligence enterprise across collections, J2X, targeting, analysis and production, and intelligence planning. Provide cyberspace intelligence analysis and assessments for the USFK Commander and Joint Staff through coordinated products published in multiple documents at various classification levels up to TS/SCI.   Draft and coordinate all-source collection requirements and COLISEUM RFIs as needed to address applicable USCYBERCOM, USFK, CFC, and ROK cyber entity priorities, intelligence gaps, and operations. Align and support target development efforts between USCYBERCOM, USFK/CFC, ROK entities, and other COCOMS as applicable. Conduct intelligence planning to support combined and US cyber exercises. Identify relevant intelligence products, conduct foreign disclosure, and create products/analysis as needed in support of ROKUS cyber operations planning, intelligence requirements, and engagements. Translate and interpret intelligence production and analysis to/from Korean and English as needed to support combined intelligence planning, exchanges, and engagements. Work with USFK cyber analysts for daily intelligence pulls to ensure monitoring of PIRs. Daily pulls are expected to be All Source inclusive. Examples include CRATE, CHROME, Pulse, NGA, IC/COCOM websites, and aggregate search engines. Conduct in-depth SIGINT analysis as needed using FADE MIST and other relevant SIGINT databases and tools to answer emergent RFIs in support of cyber operations planning. Provide intelligence briefings and products to USFK and CYBERCOM leadership as needed to ensure situational awareness of intelligence relevant to cyber operations. Attend intelligence battle rhythm events for USCYBERCOM, USFK, CFC, and INDOPACOM as needed to support cyber intelligence planning. Work with USFK, USCYBERCOM, and combined cyber intelligence analysts to build and manage I&W indicators and PIRs in support of USFK/CFC Commander and conduct analysis/planning to support monitoring of CCIRs and I&W indicators. Conduct all-source research to characterize the capability and intent of cyberspace threat actors and possible impact on USFK and combined networks based on blue force characteristics, strengths, and vulnerabilities.  Assist in defining cyberspace intelligence requirements, Intelligence Gain Loss assessments, and planning development activities.   

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:BS 0-2 Years or HS 6-8 3-5 years of experience conducting all-source intelligence. 3-5 years of experience in cyberspace operations or 5-8 years’ experience in other networking operations or cyber intelligence. Knowledge of DIA analytic standards, collections and targeting processes, and all-source intelligence resources. Demonstrated ability of complete understanding and wide application of principles, theories, and concepts within the cyberspace operations. Experience conducting intelligence briefings Experience briefing and engaging with high-ranking military and civilian government officials. A current Top-Secret Clearance / SCI. US Citizenship required Preferred Qualifications:Korean Defense Language Institute Qualification levels of 3/3/2 (Comprehension, Reading and Speaking).

Target Salary Range

$66,000 – $106,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
