Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems sector is seeking a Principal Training Representative Level 3 / Training Representative Level 2 to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position is in Clearfield, UT. 

Essential Functions:

Designs and delivers programs to train all levels of personnel. Develops tests and visual aids, conducts training classes, and develops criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of training activities. Keeps abreast of training and development research: learning theory, motivation theory, and new materials, methods, and techniques. Develops in-house programs and practices to identify developmental needs, including preparing personnel for more responsible positions and increasing effectiveness in present assignments. May evaluate and/or oversee contractors or vendors develop and/or administer training programs. May be responsible for the development of e-learning programs.

Basic Qualifications for Principal Training Representative Level 3

Bachelor’s Degree with 6 years of Aerospace experience, Master’s Degree with 4 years of Aerospace experience, OR High School Diploma/ G.E.D plus 10 years of Aerospace experience
Experience with hydraulic parts, assemblies, components, and systems in an aerospace, automotive, military, manufacturing and/or maintenance environment 
Experienced in/familiarity with training systems or programs
Ability and experience in analyzing, designing, and developing publications and training materials
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint), technical writing, and strong verbal communication skills
Must be a customer-oriented team player, able to interact with staff members in a team environment productively                                   
Ability to obtain and maintain a DOD Secret Clearance as well as Program Special access within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company to meet its business needs. (US Citizenship Required)
The ability to utilize a computer for basic functions (including navigating through windows operating system, getting online, executing online training modules and ability to be trained using on the job software.

Basic Qualifications for Training Representative Level 2

Bachelors Degree with 3 years of Aerospace experience, Masters Degree with 1 year of Aerospace experience, OR High School Diploma/ G.E.D plus 7 years of Aerospace experience
Experience with hydraulic parts, assemblies, components, and systems in an aerospace, automotive, military, manufacturing and/or maintenance environment 
Experienced in/familiarity with training systems or programs
Ability and experience in analyzing, designing, and developing publications and training materials
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint), technical writing, and strong verbal communication skills
Must be a customer-oriented team player, able to interact with staff members in a team environment productively

Active DOD secret clearance with an investigation date/periodic review within the last 6 years 
Strong background in electrical and hydraulics systems
Experience with MES Manufacturing Execution systems

Salary Range: $67,800 USD – $101,600 USD
Salary Range 2: $55,100 USD – $82,700 USD

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
