Northrop Grumman is seeking an Associate Supply Chain Planning Specialist, in the Pathways Program. This position will be located at our Huntsville, AL location.
This position will be in the Pathways rotational program where there will be three rotation opportunities, within three years.
The qualified candidate will become part of Northrop Grumman’s Combat Systems and Mission Readiness Division within the Defense Systems Sector.
Roles and Responsibilities
Supports and assists activities within multiple disciplines across the Supply Chain process. Provides support in various aspects of the industry standard supply chain business process areas.
Develops and implements long-term supply chain strategies and networks that address capacity issues, production location decisions, etc. in support of business growth.
Supports business execution of new programs and initiatives that include promotional activities, forecast and coordination for key events, new product launches, and network redesigns.
Monitors key performance indicators, analyzes cost-to-serve performance data, and coordinates cross-functional work teams to increase effectiveness of supply chain initiatives.
A candidate, regardless of age and hiring source, must meet ALL of the below criteria. The candidate must:
Be completing or has completed their degree (Bachelor’s) from an accredited institution.
Be majoring in or having majored in Business, Finance, Accounting or similar discipline.
Have an overall cumulative GPA of 3.0 out of 4.0 or higher (unofficial academic transcripts must be provided at time of application by uploading the documents to your application or profile)
Ability to maintain a U.S. Government security clearance (U.S. citizenship is a pre-requisite)
Have an overall cumulative GPA of 3.7/4.0 or higher
Be majoring in or having majored in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
Salary Range: $52,700 – $79,100
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
