The candidate will perform job duties as a systems integrator in support of the WIS?A IBCS Program in Huntsville, Alabama. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Support day-to-day lab integration efforts to support testing events.
Integration of COTS, GOTS, and custom software
Perform upgrades/repairs of systems in the environment.
Work on multiple simultaneous tasks.
Current DoD Secret Security Clearance
Current DoD 8570 IAT Level II Certification (i.e., Security+, etc.)
Associate degree and 4 years of experience, or bachelor’s degree and 2 years of experience, or master’s degree and 0 years of experience; an additional 4 years of related experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
Bachelor’s degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math)
Previous experience administrating Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL)
Understanding of Mesh Radios and RF-based communications and routing protocols
Army System of Systems (ASOS) experience and/or Air Defense (ADA) experience
In-depth understanding of Network Design and Architecture
Knowledge of Cisco Network devices, specifically Layer 2 and Layer 3 devices utilizing static and dynamic routing as well as virtual interfaces
Experience integrating COTS, GOTS, and custom software in a security-constrained environment
Ability to work within a high-stress environment
Salary Range: $77,000 USD – $115,000 USD
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
