Your Role:

Due to our continued expansion and growth, we are seeking a Service Centre Support candidate to join the IT Support team assisting all Enterprise Services within Northrop Grumman Australia. Reporting to the APAC Service Centre Lead, you will provide professional and timely technical support to a large internal user base. You will be passionate about providing exemplary customer service to end users working towards effective and relevant solutions.

The ideal candidate will have had experience in a similar role using a ticket-based system deploying hardware and software solutions working predominantly in a windows environment. We are open to candidates who are motivated to grow their career and is open to recent graduates with tech acumen and the ability to grow quickly in the commercial space.
