Northrop Grumman Space Systems – Support and Training Segment Operations & Planning team is seeking a Principal / Sr. Principal Support and Training Operations and Planning Project Management / Agile Scrum Lead to provide project management and Agile Scrum Lead facilitation.  This position will be permanently located in Roy, Utah and will support the Sentinel program Training Devices team. Northrop Grumman supports the Air Force’s sustainment, development, production and deployment of hardware and system modifications for Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM) Ground and Airborne Launch Control Systems, Launch Facilities and associated infrastructure.

What You’ll Get To Do:

Provides support to the Support and Training Segment 

Leads for Operations & Planning on Agile execution across sub-IPTs.

Supports design, updates, and maintenance of dashboards tracking technical and program performance through Agile schedule and cost metrics.

Builds communications and visualization of Agile metrics to support complete understanding of the Segment’s IMS and Control Accounts (CAs).

Provides data analytics inputs to Segment artifacts, products, and services that facilitate program execution as part of Knowledge Management for the Segment.

Leads facilitation of Agile Program Increment Planning on a quarterly cadence with tracking and status on progress

Ensures successful Program Increment (PI) Planning in a Scrum Master role for PI Events.

Supports creation and implementation of tools for Sub-IPT standardized approaches for data metrics visualization weekly performance capture.

Risk Management at Sub-IPT levels for input into the Risk and Opportunity process.

Supports Sub-IPT collaboration through the Segment Ops & Planning team and to / from the Segment Program Integration Team (PIT).

Technical process and progress facilitation in support of the Segment Chief Engineer.

This position’s standard work schedule is a 9/80. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off.  

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

This requisition may be filled at either a Principal level or level Sr. Principal level.

Principal Support and Training Operations and Planning Project Management / Agile Scrum Lead:  Bachelor’s degree in business management or related technical field with 6 years of related experience, or 4 years of experience with a Master’s
3+ years Agile process execution experience as a Scrum Master or similar role 
Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
Agile / Scrum Master Certification
Sr Principal Support and Training Operations and Planning Project Management / Agile Scrum Lead: Bachelor’s degree in business management or related technical field with 10 years of related experience, or 8 years of experience with a Master’s
5+ years Agile process execution experience as a Scrum Master or similar role 
Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
Agile / Scrum Master Certification

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

Professional project management with specific experience in Federal and/or Defense contracting
Experience and/or familiarity with the Sentinel / Ground Based Strategic Deterrent program
Have or be able to obtain CAM training and certification.
Top Secret Clearance

Salary Range: $72,400 USD – $134,600 USD

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
