Northrop Grumman Defense Services sector is currently seeking an Associate Project Management to join our growing Subsystems & Software Sustainment (S&SS) Operating Unit Systems Support Group (SSG) team in Warner Robins, Georgia. In this position, the selected candidate will take an active role in systems sustainment protecting the men and women that fly our nation’s aircraft in harm’s way.


– Maintain calibration schedules, forecasting short- and long-term calibration replacements across multiple sites for 1000+ assets

– Maintaining calibration replacement cadence and turn ins on time.

– Develop and maintain detailed documentation processes for calibration records.

– Develop and maintain material processes and inventory with auditable tracking

– Develop and maintain material receipt tracking for multiple programs

– Work with multiple teams to track, process, and inventory big and small projects

– Work in multiple different areas of job duties

Basic Qualifications:
– Must have 5 years of related experience in logistics (or related field); Will consider an Associate’s degree (or higher) or appropriate Military Occupational Specialty in logistics (or related field) with a minimum of 2 years of logistics experience;
– Must have an in-depth understanding of scheduling multiple assets and timelines

– Must be able to demonstrate the ability to solve real world complex scheduling problems

– Must have the understanding of how to operate Microsoft Office software and associated Windows applications

– Must have an interim or active U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) Secret security clearance, or an inactive clearance (last active within the past 2 years)
– Must be able to work any shift
– Must be able to work on-site in Warner Robins, Georgia

Preferred Qualifications:

– Experience with inventory and auditing in manufacturing test equipment

– Experience with identifying common test equipment and how they are applied

– Experience with scheduling multiple items and quickly adapting to rapid changes

– Experience working solo: self-prioritizing and tasking, consistent cadence

– Experience working within teams: projects, meeting schedules, and goals

– Experience working with customers: meetings, presentations, and tours


Salary Range: $50,100 USD – $75,100 USD

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
