Northrop Grumman Mission Systems Sector is seeking a Business Manager 2 that will support the SABR Operating Unit Development & Sustainment programs. The diverse portfolio includes CPFF, FFP, FFP Development, & T&M contract types with both FMS & Domestic customers

This position is located in Linthicum, MD. A hybrid schedule is available at manager discretion.

Roles and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

Program resource management, including cost estimation, allocation, tracking, and analysis
Estimate-at-Complete (EAC) preparation and review
Management and development of Program Control Analyst (PCA) staff
Preparation and presentation of financial data to internal and external customers, including variance analysis and forecasts
Management of Program Earned Value reporting
Internal and External support of compliance audits
On-going collaboration with the customer and functional teams
Collaboration with the SABR Development/Sustainment Director and Program Managers 
Review of all contractual documents related to programs
Assistance with contract negotiations
Support of pricing and proposal activities
Cash Management to ensure timely invoicing and collections

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or higher with 9 years of industry related experience in finance, accounting, or program control – OR –  a Master’s degree with 7 years of experience
Understanding of government Cost Accounting Standards and the FAR
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office suite
Experience with SAP
Experience with Earned Value Management 
Strong analytical, leadership, communication, and organizations skills
The willingness and ability to travel domestically 10% of the time
US Citizenship and active Secret Clearance is required

Salary Range: $116,600 USD – $175,000 USD

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
