Our Human Resources team is critical to Northrop Grumman Australia’s success and the development of a positive culture. We are looking for a Human Resources Business Partner to support our C-27J Spartan and Special Purpose Aircraft Programs. Working closely with the HR Manager, you will pivot and support programs, partnering with them on all aspects of human resources, including supporting the operational tempos as well as talent management, workforce planning through to strategy alignment.
Your primary goal is to collaborate with the business to ensure that leaders and employees are empowered and that the business and people strategies are aligned.
This position can either be based in Canberra or Sydney with travel required visiting work locations at a regular frequency.
Key to success will be the ability to communicate effectively to influence and empower stakeholders, build relationships and bring generalist HR knowledge and business acumen together when working with stakeholders to solve business problems.
From a HR perspective, you are ideally degree qualified (in HR or related field) and have a generalist HR background with broad experience across employment relations, talent management, workforce planning, performance management and compensation etc. You’re analytical and forward thinking and understand how data and technology can be leveraged to influence decision making.
Lastly you either hold or have the eligibility to obtain and maintain a Defence security clearance.
