Northrop Grumman Space Systems is seeking a Software Development Analyst to join the Program Management Team (PMT).   This position is in Roy, UT and supports the Ground Based Strategic Deterrent (GBSD) program.   

What You’ll Get To Do:

As an integral part of the Sentinel Collaboration & Automation Tools team, the successful candidate will aid in the design and development of custom solutions that enable process efficiency across the program. Our team is responsible for development and sustainment activities of commercial off the shelf (COTS) systems and custom solutions that integrate with those COTS tools.

Position specific tasking to include but not limited to

Researches, designs, develops, and/or modifies enterprise-wide systems and/or application software
Coordinates activities with Product Owner
Participates in Agile development activities, in keeping with SAFe
Evaluates system interfaces and operational requirements
Documents testing and maintenance of system corrections

This positions standard work schedule is a 9/80. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off. This role may offer a competitive relocation assistance package.

Job Qualifications:

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

2 Years with Bachelors in Science; 0 Years with Masters or 4 additional years in lieu of a degree.
Ability to obtain DoD Secret clearance.
US Citizenship and ability to obtain Special Program Access (SAP)
1 or more years of experience scripting HTML5, JavaScript, and CSS
Experience with jQuery, React, and/or NodeJS
Experience with software configuration management
Experience working within an Agile development team
Experience tracking tasking via Jira and/or Agile development management platform
Understanding of SharePoint / M365 permission structures
Ability to obtain IAT Level II or above approved certification
Excellent organization and communication skills

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

Experience leveraging APIs to interact with systems
Experience developing collaboration solutions
Experience developing business process automation solutions
Experience developing C# applications
Experience developing SQL databases

This position reports to Roy, UT, USA, however, this position can also be worked from Unknown City, WY, WY, USA.

Salary Range: $73,400 USD – $110,000 USD

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
