Great opportunity for an Agile Coach to work in a dynamic group that is responsible for championing agile adoption and continuous improvement across a $1.5B business unit.

Space Systems is currently seeking a Principal/Sr. Principal Agile Coach to help lead projects and assist programs and functional organizations in their adoption of Agile practices within the Launch Vehicle business unit in Chandler, AZ.

The Principal/Sr. Principal Agile Coach will spend their time learning the culture and provide best practices, training, and coaching to enable teams to effectively manage their work using an Agile methodology. They will work closely with other Agile Coaches and Agile Practitioners to provide training and guidance to Agile Release Trains and Scrum Teams in support of project planning activities.

This position also assists in developing, coaching, training, maintaining, and continuously improving standardized Agile, Confluence, and Jira training, practices, policies, and procedures across the enterprise.

This position may be offered at the Principal Agile Coach Level 3 or maybe offered at the Sr. Principal Agile Coach Level 4.

Basic Qualifications:

If offered at the Principal Agile Coach Level 3 requires:

5 Years with Bachelors in Science; 3 Years with Masters; 0 Years with PhD.

If offered at the Sr. Principal Agile Coach Level 4 requires:

9 Years with Bachelors in Science; 7 Years with Masters; 4 Years with PhD.

U. S. Citizenship is required

Ability to obtain a secret security clearance is required

Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to clearly articulate and communicate the technical artefacts

Preferred Qualifications:

Active Agile Coaching Certification preferred

Experience with Jira and Confluence preferred

Salary Range: $90,400 USD – $135,600 USD
Salary Range 2: $112,000 USD – $168,000 USD

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
