NG is looking for an Experienced Engineering Manager 2 to lead and manage PDM Engineering Efforts for the B-2 program to include Liaison Engineering, LO Engineering, Mass Properties Engineering.  Ability to lead and manage in the dynamic MRO Production and Test Environment as well as be responsive to production needs, provide critical conduit of data and information regarding the health of the B-2 Fleet to the Vehicle and LO Engineering teams, assist the Vehicle and LO Teams to engage in Reality Centered Engineering to improve the PDM Spec and ensure the B-2 Fleet is ahead of emerging technical issues and remains viable and relevant.  Successful candidate will develop/manage Engineering/Technical metrics that drive outcomes for cost/schedule and Quality, engage in process improvements, and ensure engineering rigor in all PDM Engineering and Test Operations.

Basic Qualifications:

Must have a minimum of 9 years of Engineering experience with a Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (7 years w/ Masters)

Experience working with Engineering and maintenance/production teams

Flightline Maintenance Management Experience

Must have an active DoD Secret Clearance (U.S. Citizenship required)

Must be able to obtain and maintain Program Access (PAR) within reasonable time

Preferred Qualifications:

LO (low observable) Maintenance Management 

Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt

PMP Certification

B2 PAR

Salary Range: $134,600 USD – $201,800 USD

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
