Your role:

Due to our continued expansion and growth, we are seeking a Systems Safety SME to join the Engineering Function as part of our Head Office (Corporate) entity. Working across the business with a broad and diverse variety of stakeholders, this opportunity supports a variety of capture, project and sustainment engineering as well as contributing to the maturity of the System Safety specialisation.

A key part of this role is to ensure that current and effective system safety practices are consistent across the organisation and that our safety culture remains as a foundational aspect across NGA business, project and capture operations.

Ideally, you will have had experience providing subject matter expertise and be well-versed and familiar with industry best-practices, Australian legislation and customer expectations. You will hold relevant engineering qualifications and have a strong understanding of System Safety application across Defence industry engineering and Department of Defence programs.
