Northrop Grumman Space Systems is seeking a Customer Engagement Manager. This position will be located in Roy, UT and will support the Strategic Deterrent Systems Division.

Northrop Grumman is seeking a highly organized individual with exceptional personal, communication, collaboration and facilitation skills to lead major Program events in Roy, UT and the surrounding region. Responsible for planning, coordinating & executing Customer/distinguished visitor visits and executive tours; needs a keen eye for detail and ability to effectively lead a multi-dimensional and diverse team. Will coordinate with multiple corporate, sector and cross-sector/divisional leads to ensure closest coordination and situational awareness across internal/external stakeholders.

This individual must have the ability to develop, maintain, and integrate relationships throughout Customer community, across state/local communities, academia and STEM related institutions, and regional professional organizations. This individual will serve as the principle regional liaison between Government Relations, Legislative Affairs, and Program Leadership to ensure success in meeting business, sector and corporate objectives. 

Basic Qualifications:  
• Bachelor’s degree 
• 10 years of related experience in events management and execution, Customer relationship management, industry engagement and/or project management 
• 5 years leadership/management experience 
• Exceptional communication and personal skills with the ability to establish strong relationships and communicate effectively with various levels of management and across different functional areas
 • Prior experience engaging with Customer/state/local leadership and professional organizations 
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance 

Preferred Qualifications: 
• Active DOD Secret Security Clearance 
• Experience planning, leading and executing executive level meetings, events and tours 
• Have existing relationships with the Customer community, across state/local leadership, academia and STEM related institutions, and/or regional professional organizations 
• Strong attention to detail, follow through and the ability to handle multiple competing priorities with limited supervision  

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
