Job Description

Northrop Grumman Mission Systems sector is seeking a Pricing Analyst to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals.  This position will be located either in Woodland Hills, CA. or Salt Lake City, UT.

Where Technology and Teamwork come together.   The right candidate could work a wide variety of proposals which could include one or more of the following (depending on experience):

       •  Spares & Repairs

       •  Follow-on Proposals

       •  New Business Proposals including international pursuits

  

This individual will be working with a team of talented individuals to develop cost proposals.

Roles and Responsibilities:

       •  Review RFP requirements

       •  Work with leadership and hold kick-off’s for various proposals

       •  Participate in Cost Strategies

       •  Prepare Cost Volumes per RFP instructions

       •  Prepare Cost review packages to be presented to leadership

       •  Participate in fact-finding and negotiations

This requisition may be filled at a level 2.

Basic Qualifications for a Level 2:

Candidate’s minimum education/experience qualifications: BS/BA degree with 3+ years of progressive pricing experience or master’s degree with 1+ years, or equivalent experience; will consider additional 4 years of related experience in lieu of a degree.  In-depth understanding of procurement policies, procedures and regulations are essential.

Ability to work well in a team environment is required.  Candidate must have strong organizational skills, as well as very good oral and written communications .  Ability to work with minimal supervision and apply sound judgement to problem solving required.

Must be able to obtain a Secret Clearance

This position reports to Woodland Hills, CA, USA, however, this position can also be worked from Salt Lake City, UT, UT, USA.

Salary Range: $60,600 USD – $105,200 USD

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
