Northrop Grumman Space Systems is seeking a Project Manager. This position will be located in Roy, Utah and will support the Sentinel (GBSD) program.
What You’ll Get To Do:
Specific duties to include, but are not limited to the following:
Responsible to perform project management support for the Parts, Materials, and Processes engineering department.
Demonstrate general knowledge of Systems Engineering, multi-generational program system and/or multi-generational program subsystem development.
Maintain close coordination with manager, several integrated product teams, suppliers, subject matter experts, provide detailed status to program leadership, participate technical interchange meetings, as required.
Work independently to provide innovative solutions to a wide range of difficult problems.
Self-motivated, work under general direction, and work well in teams.
This position’s standard work schedule is a 9/80. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off.
?You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
3 years of experience with a Bachelor’s Degree; or 1 Year with Masters. Four additional years of experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree.
US Citizenship and ability to obtain a DoD Secret Clearance and Special Program Access (SAP).
Must be knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Suite – Project, PowerPoint, Excel, Word.
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
An Active DOD Secret Security Clearance or higher that has been granted / renewed within the past 6 years.
Special Program Access.
Experience with Air Force Global Strike Command.
Project management experience.
Experience with JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint.
Excellent 2-way interpersonal skills, and the ability to interface with all levels of employees and management.

Salary Range: $60,600 USD – $90,800 USD
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
