Northrop Grumman Strategic Space Systems Division (SSSD) has an opening for a Design Integration (DI) Program Manager 2 for a MILSATCOM program.  This position will be located in Redondo Beach, California.
 

In this position, the Design Integration Program Manager 2 will lead several design integration subject matter experts from technical areas including mechanical design integration, electrical design integration, electromagnetic compatibility, thermal, cable/harness, and system safety. The selected candidate will also lead the Design Integration requirement thread with responsibility for requirement definition, flow down and verification planning.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math) discipline with 5 years of engineering work experience
Active DoD Top Secret clearance
Experience reviewing engineering products (analyses, drawings, documents, etc.) in a variety of technical disciplines
Prior leadership experience managing and leading a team of multidisciplinary engineers

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience as a manager or team lead
Prior experience in a related Design Integration technical discipline
Familiarity with requirement generation, flow down and verification
Experience as a Control Account Manager (CAM)
Active SCI clearance

Salary Range: $147,800 USD – $221,800 USD

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
