Ensures manufacture of stock products to fulfill customer requirements. Ensures manufacture of custom-engineered products that are designed, developed and manufactured in response to a specific customer request or contract. Manages, develops or carries-out production rules, production performance, information, materials, equipment and facilities, and regulatory compliance.Basic Qualifications:
Must have a High school diploma or GED with at least 4 years of related experience
Will consider 0 years of experience with a bachelor’s degree
Demonstrated ability to utilize Microsoft Office to create spreadsheets, documents, presentations. (i.e. Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
The ability to collaborate with suppliers, program management and other multi-functional teams
Possess strong organizational skills
Ability to work with minimal supervision, work successfully in a fast- paced environment and apply sound judgment to problem solving
Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance
US Citizenship required  
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with aircraft maintenance activities under US Govt. prime contracts to include spares procurement and movement. 
Knowledge of FAR/DFAR
Knowledge of CPSR and government audits
Active Secret or Top Secret Clearance

Salary Range: $46,100 USD – $69,100 USD

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
