The Networked Information Solutions Division (NISD) is seeking a Business Development Operations Manager 2/3 to join the team in the Growth & Mission Solutions (G&MS) organization.  This individual will drive successful execution for the G&MS team, ensuring that organizational vision is translated into operational reality and business outcomes.

This role will report to the NISD VP of Growth and Mission Solutions. Job location is flexible, with preference for San Diego, Baltimore, Annapolis Junction, or Northern Virginia.

Job Description:

The Operations Manager position requires a strong leader with the ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels. Responsibilities of the position will include but are not limited to:

Manage execution across the G&MS team including calendar integration, task tracking, customer engagement coordination, and internal deliverables
Drive execution of strategic initiatives and projects initiated by G&MS leadership by working with cross-functional teams and business leaders throughout the organization
Serve as the focal point for communication, planning and collaboration for internal G&MS activities
Ensure strong collaboration across the entire division through effective coordination inside G&MS and with other division teams
Manage the reporting of business development goals and activities
Facilitate effective staff meetings with focused agendas, calendar reviews, task tracking, and appropriate analytics
Prepare leadership for meetings and events with agenda review, data collection, talking points, presentation materials, and logistical support 

Basic Qualifications for Level 2:

Bachelor’s Degree and 9+ years of work experience or Master’s Degree 7+ years of work experience
Skilled in project management, analysis, communication, and presentation
Effective problem solver
Strong Microsoft Office skills
Experienced with dashboarding software such as Tableau
Ability to obtain and maintain Secret Level Clearance.
Willingness to travel up to 5%, depending on location

Basic Qualifications for Level 3:

Bachelor’s Degree and 12+ years of work experience or Master’s Degree 10+ years of work experience
Skilled in project management, analysis, communication, and presentation
Effective problem solver
Strong Microsoft Office skills
Experienced with dashboarding software such as Tableau
Ability to obtain and maintain Secret Level Clearance.
Willingness to travel up to 5%, depending on location

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with agile methodologies
Experience with digital collaboration tools such as Confluence and Jira
Experience with Salesforce
Active Secret Clearance

This position reports to San Diego, CA, USA, however, you are able to work from any of the additional 3 locations listed above.

Salary Range: $128,400 USD – $201,800 USD
Salary Range 2: $153,000 USD – $240,400 USD

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
