The Networked Information Solutions Division (NISD) is seeking a Business Development Infrastructure Manager 2 or 3 (depending on experience) to join the team in the Growth & Mission Solutions (G&MS) organization. This individual will drive successful execution for the G&MS team, ensuring that digital tools are successfully leveraged to facilitate customer engagement and capture activities along with relevant reporting and analyses.
This role will report to the NISD VP of Growth and Mission Solutions. Job location is flexible, with preference for San Diego, Baltimore, Annapolis Junction, or Northern Virginia.
The Business Development Infrastructure Manager position requires a strong leader with the ability to drive execution at the tactical level. Responsibilities of the position will include but are not limited to:
Manage analytical team that builds the division Tableau portfolio dashboard, integrating data from multiple sources to provide quantitative insights that shape decision making and business outcomes
Perform data collection, analysis, planning, and forecasting to aid in leadership, financial and organizational decision making.
Develop analytical tools to track metrics in support of defined objectives
Manage the forecasting and reporting of business development operational goals and activities
Act as the G&MS Salesforce Administrator, managing accounts, leading training, defining standards and processes, and supporting data requests
Support execution of data analysis projects initiated by G&MS leadership by working with cross-functional teams and business leaders throughout the organization
Prepare leadership for meetings and events with data collection, analysis, and presentation materials as needed
Bachelor’s Degree and 9+ years of work experience or Master’s Degree and 7+ years of work experience
Bachelor’s Degree and 12+ years of work experience or Master’s Degree and 10 years of work experience.
Other experience requirements:
Experience with Salesforce operations and administration
Skilled with dashboarding software (e.g. Tableau, Tableau CRM, Excel + Power BI)
Strong Microsoft Office skills
Effective written and verbal communicator
Ability to obtain and maintain Secret Level Clearance.
Experience with digital collaboration tools such as Confluence and Jira
Active Secret Clearance
This position reports to San Diego, CA, USA, however, you are able to work from any of the additional 3 locations listed above.
Salary Range: $128,400 USD – $201,800 USD
Salary Range 2: $153,000 USD – $240,400 USD
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
