About Your Opportunity:

Play a key role on Northrup Grumman UK’s Highest Profile programmes!

As the senior member of the support team you will be the pivotal role between our customer base, our product engineering teams and engineering management.    You will help provide our UK and international Defence and security customers with innovative, multi-domain C4ISR solutions. Our software is used throughout the world for military operations, homeland defence, crisis management and conflict resolution.

Your Responsibilities:

Manage the service desk, service requests, incidents, problems and change requests in line with the relevant quality processes and SLA.
Establish strong working relationships between customers and Northrop Grumman teams so each understands the others’ activities, needs and priorities.
Collate support-related statistics and status reports and provide these as requested;
Supervise junior team members
Maintain the service desk tools and customer reference systems

Your Experience:

Strong track record within a service management environment and preferably qualifications in ITIL
Proven experience with audits and compliance in service management and Defence (or similar) environments
Agile and adaptable to changing technology environments and priorities
You will have strong interpersonal skills, and able to demonstrate ability to engage effectively with all audiences/stakeholders
Excellent Organisational skills, being adept at workload management and have the ability to prioritise appropriately to meet deadlines
