Description: Responsible for processes and activities within supply chain related to operations and/or compliance such as regulatory compliance, systems and technology, data analytics and performance. Familiar with international supply chain activities, operational excellence and supply base diversity. Manages, develops or supports strategic direction and tactical execution of governance (policy, procedure, processes, etc.), priorities, initiatives and related activities.

The successful candidate will:

Independently demonstrates the skill and ability to perform fairly complex professional tasks. Understanding and expertise to lead application of principles, concepts, practices, and standards supporting CPSR and AS9100 audits. Ability to perform reviews on work packages for compliance to regulatory and nonregulatory standards. Develops solutions to a variety of complex problems, referring to established precedents and policies. Interacts with senior internal and external personnel on significant matters often requiring coordination between organizations. Ability to deliver trainings on tools and process/procedures execution and updates as applicable.

Basic Qualifications

– Bachelors or master’s degree from an accredited institution

– 6+ years with a bachelor’s or 4+ years with a Master of Professional experience in Supply Chain, Procurement or Subcontract compliance and/or related field

– Strong interpersonal skills Strong written and verbal skills Ability to read and disseminate policy/process and operating instructions to others

– Demonstrated ability to bring matters/issues to closure

– Strong presentation skills and an ability to address complex matters with Senior Leadership

– Understanding of FAR/DFAR compliance in a regulated industry

Preferred Qualifications

– Bachelors or master’s degree in Supply Chain Management

– Professional experience in a regulated industry using FAR/DFAR requirements – Experience with SAP and Data Analytics

– Experience leading GSC Audit activities Ability to create and administer training material

Salary Range: $86,300 USD – $129,500 USD

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
