Northrop Grumman is seeking a Intelligence Analyst for our Flight Simulation Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance Lead at the Virtual Test and Training Center, 31CTS, Nellis AFB , NV. The VTTC is evolving into the world’s premier high-end Virtual Air Dominance Battlespace for future Large Force Integration events, and Northrop Grumman’s team is working to make that future a reality at Nellis AFB .

Responsibilities:

Facilitate the VTTC’s support of daily USAF Weapons School virtual training through scheduling, scenario development, mission materials, brief, execution and debrief support for Large Force Employment (LFE) and single and multiple MDS events.

Advancing the world’s best Air and Space Forces by shaping and implementing a world premier high-end Virtual Air Dominance Battlespace is no easy task, but as many of us know, it needs to happen. The Intel Analyst Flight Simulation ISR Lead will lead the NGC Operations team in the following areas:

Intel Analyst ISR
Assist in the development of ISR flight simulation training and combat exercise concepts in a virtual simulated environment.
Provide advanced technical and tactical expertise and provide feedback, where applicable, on all things C2ISR related.

Position is unfunded and contingent on contract award win

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree with 15 years’ Experience or master’s degree with 13 yrs. experience or High Scholl diploma / Equivalent with 19 years’ experience may be accepted in lieu of degree.
Intelligence Analyst experience in ISR
Operationally relevant experience within the past 5 years (simulator experience considered)
DoD Top Secret Clearance with ability to obtain SAP/SAR.

Preferred Qualifications:

USAF Weapons School graduate
Nellis Weapons School training requirements/expertise
Mission commander and/or equivalent and/or USAF instructor
Experience with Combat Air Forces virtual exercises or events.

Salary Range: $139,400 USD – $209,000 USD

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
