ManTech is seeking an experienced Senior Insider Threat / Counterintelligence Advisor to lead a team to build out our Insider Threat (InT) practice. As a member of ManTech’s leadership team, you will apply technical knowledge, strong analytical and innovative thinking, and expertise across various solution providers to quickly learn and turn new ideas into working solutions, drive proof of concepts and pilots to accelerate the onboarding of new technologies and solutions for ManTech and the important customer mission we support.
Responsibilities Include not limited to:
Primary focus of this position will be to lead, advise and institutionalize our InT Practice across the enterprise.
Develop and maintain a playbook to enable the line of business in growing / scaling our InT work across the US Public Sector
Actively participate and speak at public events to demonstrate our thought leadership within the market and how ManTech is advancing the practice through our frameworks, methodologies, and technology enabled solutions.
Participate in overall go-to-market strategy and advise on capture activities of by interpreting and assessing customers’ needs.
Partner with technical SMEs and program leadership to mature and expand the company’s InT capabilities.
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing them with insights and recommendations that drive value
Supports the analysis of new business opportunities and develops strategies to influence client technical requirements.
Works with pursuit teams during the solution development process to ensure alignment with overall ManTech and client business strategy.
Promote InT practice and InT thought leadership across ManTech through active participation in an Insider Threat / Counterintelligence Communities of Practice.
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree (Master’s preferred); 20+ years of related professional experience.
Thorough understanding of Insider Threat and counterintelligence practices, challenges, and operating constraints / authorities to evolve the InT practice in the US Public Market.
Analytical and critical thinking skills, and multitasking ability are a must; ability to think and operate at both the strategic and tactical levels (e.g., able to devise a short-term solution that complements the longer-term goals).
Exceptional communication, team building and mentoring skills.
Willingness to travel
Must have a current TS/SCI clearance (with Poly preferred)
Must be a US Citizen

Ability to Multitask, Negotiate, and communicate clearly and concisely with employees as all levels.
