In this role, the successful candidate will support the following:
1. Work with program personnel to develop implementation strategies
2. Drive development and deployment of solutions that directly reduce manufacturing, assembly, integration, and testing costs and schedule
3. Work with programs to define project success criteria and ensure completion of milestones associated therein

Basic Qualifications:
• Experience developing, deploying, and sustaining AI/ML systems
• Active TS/SCI with poly security clearance required to start
Desired Skills:
• Experience developing working relationships, strategies for mutual benefit, and operationalizing them to fruition.
• Knowledge of the Lockheed Martin organization, the successful candidate will have a vision of the future and a sense of urgency to achieve that vision.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and ability to build consensus among peers while building solid relationships with team members, customers, and leadership
• Comfortable working in a fast paced and dynamic multi-disciplinary environment
• Experience creating streamlined, agile execution plans and deliver high value solutions

Ability to Work Remotely:Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules:Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position:Standard Monday to Friday 40 hour work week
